WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

If you receive product that you believe to be defective, incorrect, or damaged, please refuse shipment. If unforeseen, do not install. Contact us immediately for a quick resolution.

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICES FOR ALL PRODUCTS?

HeatBoard Systems offers free delivery for purchases over $500 within the 48 contiguous United States.

WHAT IF I WANT TO HEAT MORE THAN THE HEATBOARD KITS WILL ALLOW?

The Mysa thermostats will only handle a maximum of 150 square feet for 120V and 300 square feet for 240V. I suggest splitting the areas into zones with a separate thermostat for each area. The Mysa App will allow you to control all of the zones together from the convenience of your smart phone.

MAY I CUT THE HEAT CABLE IF I HAVE TOO MUCH LEFT OVER?

The heat cable must not be cut. If you have laid the heat cable in the grooves and you have too much cable left over, consider the following options:

1. Remove some of the heat cable and extend the loops to the ends of the board using the 1/8" gap between the boards. 

2. Custom cut additional grooves in the board using a utility knife and a chisel. 

3. Lay the excess cable in the 1/8" gap of outlying backer board around the heat area. 

DO NOT DO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• DO NOT CUT THE CABLE.

• DO NOT INSTALL UNDER A VANITY.

• DO NOT INSTALL ALONG THE EDGE OF THE WALL. 

• DO NOT HIDE CABLE IN THE WALL. (The cable must be encapsulated in HeatBoard or thinset mortar.)

• DO NOT CROSS OVER WHERE HEAT CABLE IS ALREADY LAID. 

• DO NOT SPACE HEAT CABLE CLOSER THAN 2" APART. 

• DO NOT LET HEAT CABLE COME IN CONTACT WITH THE SENSOR WIRES OR THE SENSOR.
