Warranty Registration

HeatBoard Systems offers a comprehensive product warranty that covers labor and material. For the HeatBoard System Warranty coverage to be in effect, Warming Systems heating cables must be used in the floor warming installation. You must register here in order to benefit from our complete HeatBoard System Warranty — Fill out the contact information to begin the registration process. We will need the following information to complete the registration. 

1. Homeowner's Information: Name, Physical Address, Phone #, and Email Address

2. Contractor/Installer's Information: Name, Physical Address, Phone #, and Email Address

3. Retailer's Information: Name, Physical Address, Phone #, and Email Address. (If purchased at HeatBoard Systems Online Store, please specify Order#.)

4. Receipt of Purchase. Please upload a scan of the retailer's receipt. (If purchased at HeatBoard Systems Online Store, please specify Order#.)

5. What is the Ohm resistance range printed on the white label of the heat cable lead wire? ___________. Using a meter, what is the actual Ohm resistance reading of the heat cable? (This is determined by touching one probe to the black and one probe to the white.) Actual Ohm resistance: ______________. 

6. Check the heat cable for a short in the wire? Using a meter, touch one probe to the black lead wire and one probe to the ground. The reading should be "open" or "infinite". Do the same with the white wire and ground. Is there a short with either wire? Yes or No. 

7. What was the type and condition of the substrate? (5/8" plywood, 3/4" OSB, concrete slab, etc.)
