Thank you for visiting HeatBoard Systems. I began my flooring career in 1995. I started in sales. Then I installed for 7 years, and went back to sales. I currently live in Kingsport, TN with my beautiful wife Angela and my wonderful children. 

THE BIRTH OF HEATBOARD

I came up with the idea of HeatBoard when searching for a new waterproof board to sell for shower tile installations. I came across a German company that had a foam board for waterproofing. They used a 2" thick board with large grooves for hydronic heat tubing. If they are using foam for hydronic heat, why not thinner boards for electric heat? I developed HeatBoard in 2016. I filed the patent in 2019.
