RETURN POLICY

At HeatBoard Systems, we are dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. If for whatever reason you decide to return your HeatBoard Kit, contact us to start the return process. There is a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Materials must be placed back in the packaging and in the same condition as first received. A return shipping label will be provided by HeatBoard Systems to take advantage of the shipping rate. Once HeatBoard Systems receives the returned merchandise and inspects the condition, a return will be issued. This process may take up to 30 days. If a refund is requested before shipment of product, a full refund will be issued.
