The Groove Chisel is useful for making custom grooves into HeatBoard to reroute heat cable or make a channel and pocket for the heat sensors. Use a straight edge and a utility knife to make 2 cuts that are 3/16" apart. Use the chisel to easily remove the unwanted material for a clean groove. The Groove Chisel has a comfortable angle to keep your knuckles off of the fiberglass facer.
